My e-mail address is not working!

There are a few things you need to check for if this happens:
- Check to make sure your login and password are correct ( always check the obvious first )
- Both your login and password should be in Lower Case
- Try settings the login name to your full e-mail address 'user@yourdomain.com'
- Double check that the 'My Server Requires Authentication' option is check in your e-mail client.
- Change both your incoming and outgoing mail server address to the IP address sent to you in your welcome e-mail.
- Check to see if you have reached your disk quota on the server
- Check to see if you have reached your e-mail quota in cPanel
