My e-mail address is not working!

There are a few things you need to check for if this happens:

 

  • Check to make sure your login and password are correct ( always check the obvious first )
  • Both your login and password should be in Lower Case
  • Try settings the login name to your full e-mail address 'user@yourdomain.com'
  • Double check that the 'My Server Requires Authentication' option is check in your e-mail client.
  • Change both your incoming and outgoing mail server address to the IP address sent to you in your welcome e-mail.
  • Check to see if you have reached your disk quota on the server
  • Check to see if you have reached your e-mail quota in cPanel
